600 (six hundred) Hours Inspection
Note:
make sure that after the inspections, aircraft is free of any tools, parts and debris, and
reinstall all access doors, fairing, seats and so on, removed for the inspection.
Complete entries in log book, or any other required records
In addition to all previous inspections the following must be carried out.
Engine
See engine maintenance manual. In addition make this control

Advise the idle and synchronize the carburetors.

Change the rubber intake hose connection for carburators

Change all the throttle cables
LSRMA
Balance the propeller
LSRMA
Controls-generals-Wings
Level of

Check and adjust control cable for stiffness, security, and freedom of
movement. Rectify and adjust as required.

Change all the wing struts bolts
LSRMA
Change all the landing gear bolts
LSRMA
Fuselage
Level of

Dismantle the wing from the fuselage, check all attachments and
attachment bolts for condition and wear. Any free play must be eliminated
and if necessary fit new wing connection bolts.

Check wing support struts for security, damage, and corrosion.

Check wing forward and rear spars for condition, security and
corrosion.

Check fuselage for deformation and corrosion.
LSRMA

Check tail surfaces, attachments, for security damage and/or
corrosion.
LSRMA
6
Check electrical wiring contained in the fuselage. Check strobe lights
for correct operation (if fitted). Check landing light for correct operation.
Replacement bulb if necessary.
