RePAIR OR RePlACe fRICTION DISC
Make sure all fluids are removed and spark plug is disconnected.
Tools required:
–
13 mm wrench.
–
22 mm wrench.
To remove and replace your snowblower’s friction disc, proceed as follows:
1. Carefully pivot the snowblower up and
forward so that it rests on the auger
housing. Place a piece of cardboard
or moving blanket on the ground
before tipping forward. Make sure all
fluids are removed and spark plug is
disconnected.
2. Remove the wheels by first removing
the wheel clip and then sliding the
wheels off the axles. (Fig. 65)

3. Remove the base frame cover (A) from
the underside of the snowblower by
removing the six M6 × 12 bolts.
