1.

Measure the piston pin outside diameter
“a” at measuring points “b”, “c”, and “d”,
and in directions “e” and “f”. Replace if out
of specification.

Connecting rod check

1.

Measure the connecting rod small end in-
side diameter “a”. Replace if out of specifi-
cation.

Crankshaft check

1.

Measure the crankshaft journal diameter
“a” and crankshaft pin diameter “b”. Re-
place if out of specification.
