Crankcase

Tighten the flywheel magnet nut to the
specified torque.

Apply force in the direction of the arrows
shown, to prevent the flywheel holder
from slipping off easily.

NOTE:

Apply engine oil to the flywheel magnet nut
before installation.

Install the starter pulley.

Connect the remote control cables
(remote control model) or the throttle
cables (tiller handle model), and then
adjust their length. For adjustment proce-
dures, see Chapter 3.

10. Install the manual starter and start-in-

gear protection cable

, and then adjust

it length. For adjustment procedures, see
Chapter 3.

11. Connect the battery leads (W).

12. Install all removed parts.
