Copying Profiles and Creating New Profiles
To copy profiles and create new profiles:
1. Logon to the DocuSP Controller as a System Administrator.
2. From the Setup menu select [Security Profiles...] to display the
Security Profiles window.
3. Select a Profile Name in the Security Profiles window.
4. Right click on the selected Profile Name.
5. Select [Copy...].
6. Type a name for this new profile in the Name field.
7. Note that by default, the Type selection for this profile is set to
[User Defined].
8. Click on any of the five available tabs of the Properties window
to edit available parameters.
9. Click the [Help] button of the Properties window for help with
configuring specific parameters.
For additional explanations of the parameters available on the
Properties window tabs, select:
• General Tab
• System tab
• INIT tab
• INETD tab
10. Click [OK] to save your settings.
General Tab
From the Setup menu, select [Security Profiles...] and double-click
a profile to access the General tab. The following parameters are
available for configuration on the General tab.
• You can apply any settings after every reboot by selecting
[Apply Settings After Every Reboot]. If deselected, the security
profiles are enforced immediately.
• Authentication (autologon enabled/disabled)
Use this feature to enable or disable the ability of the machine
to start up using an autologon account, without requiring
someone to manually log on. When enabled, an account to be
used for autologon must be specified. When nobody is logged
on, all system features, except for logon, are inaccessible.
Automatic Logon User Name is the user account for automatic
logon.
To set up Automatic Logon:
1. Select [Automatic Logon]. The User Name field becomes
active.
