Calibration (AutoCal)
The individual steps required for calibration run automatically
(AutoCal). The TresCon Pges analyzer carries out an AutoCal
calibration procedure at intervals. You can select the times and
intervals in the AutoCal menu (see section 2.4 V

Principle steps of
calibration
An AutoCal calibration procedure consists of the following main steps:
1 Background measurement with dist. H2O
2 Measurement with standard A (dist. H2O) and digestion
3 Measurement with standard B (PO4-P standard) and digestion
4 Calculation of the calibration curves with the parameters a0 (zero
crossing) and a1 (slope)
The entire AutoCal process takes approx. 25 min. The processes run
as follows in detail:
