What to do if...
Different types of messages can appear on the display:
z
Error message
Malfunction, TresCon is in the Stop mode
z
Informative message
Normal operation, consumables declining
z
Service message
Normal operation, interval for maintenance activities has expired

4.1
Error messages
When an error occurs, an appropriate short text appears on the display
and the analyzer module switches into the
Stop
mode. You must
employ the appropriate measures depending on the error message to
clear the fault.
The following overview contains all the possible messages and the
measures required to clear the fault.

Reagent A (B, C, D)
empty
Cause Action
Reagent cannot be
transported, negative
pressure in the hose
connector.
Check the tubes for breaks and foreign
bodies and replace them as necessary
(including the tube and Y-pieces in the
container).
Check whether air can pass through the
vent in the container lid.
Cause Action
No more reagent in the
container.
Replace the container with a full one.
Start the
Replenish reagent
service.
