6.2.1 Voltage Measurment DC Voltage and AC Voltage
Procedure:
1.
Measure
the DC voltage from plus to the minus connection at the DC
circuit breaker inside the product (Figure 23).
NOTICE: The voltage must be positive and the measured values must be within
the specified limits (Table 14).
2.
Measure
the AC voltage on the bottom terminals (Figure 22):
o
Phase to Phase
o
Phase to N
o
Phase to PE
NOTICE: The measured values must be within the specified limits (Table 14).
3.
Ensure
that the AC voltage has a clockwise rotary field.
4.
Insert
all fuses.
5.
Close
the doors.
6.
Pull out
the Enable switch.
7.
Switch
the AC circuit breaker in position
ON
. The DC circuit breaker is
operated automatically.
NOTICE: Operation is started after the appropriate checks via the user
interface.
6.2.2 Voltage Measurement Harmonic Filter
Procedure:
1.
Set
the product operation mode to
OFF
via the user interface.
2.
Switch
the AC circuit breaker in position
OFF
. The DC circuit breaker is
operated automatically.
3.
Wait
at least 40 minutes until working on the product.
4.
Press
Enable switch.
5.
Open
fuse holder (-F2) and
remove
all fuses (Figure 12).
6.
Measure
voltage between (-F2.2-4), (-F2.4-6), (-F2.6-2).
NOTICE: The voltage on all measurement points must be < 60 V.
7.
Insert
fuses in fuse holder (-F2) and
close
fuse holder.
8.
Close
all doors.
9.
Pull out
Enable switch.
10.
Switch
the AC circuit breaker in position
ON
. The DC circuit breaker is
operated automatically.
NOTICE: Operation is started after the appropriate checks via the user
interface.
