The manufacturer disclaims any consequential damages to person or property,
damages for loss of use, lost time, loss of profit, lost income, loss of energy or
power production, loss of the product itself and/or other incidental or
consequential damages other than warranted by the manufacturer's limited
warranty.
The customer accepts the responsibility of removing any product from service
that becomes worn out, unusable, unfit for intended use or defective in any way
that would make the product a potential safety hazard. The manufacturer is
unable to undertake such obligations or responsibilities on behalf of the
customer as the customer is in sole possession and control of the product.
The manufacturer recommends that the notice of these operating is
acknowledged in writing by the personnel and noted in the personnel file.
The manufacturer recommends translation of these operating instructions into
the native languages of any foreign workers.
