WARNING: THE VACUUM SYSTEM CAN BE SWITCHED ON UNINTENTIONALLY
OR ACCIDENTALLY: THEREFORE, NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN OR INEXPERIENCED
PERSONS IN THE VICINITY OF THE MACHINE.
CABLE CONNECTION
WARNING: All work on electric parts should be performed by a qualified
electrician.
Explanation of the conductor colours:
Black = phase 1 (L1)
Blue = phase 3 (L3)
Brown = phase 2 (L2)
Yellow-green = protective conductor (PE)
Please note that this device does not have a neutral conductor and that the blue
conductor has the function of the 3rd phase.
Check the running direction of the motor! If the running direction is not correct, reverse
it with the phase converter in the plug.
An expert has to check the correct connection of the protective conductor!
MOTOR
Dust in the motor can lead to the overheating of the motor. It should be ensured that
no foreign materials get into the motor. Therefore, check the vents of the motor for air
penetration regularly. Dry dust can normally be blown away.
PLEASE NOTE:
Motors such as those of wood working machines are generally sensitive to dust and
should therefore be regularly freed of sawdust and chips by blowing or vacuuming in
order to ensure normal ventilation. Blow dust and chips from or out of the motor with
low pressure.
ATTENTION: In order to avoid eye injuries or adverse reactions from dust, you
should make sure that your workrooms are well ventilated.
Protective glasses and filter masks should be worn when cleaning the vacuum unit.
Service work (with the exception of usual cleaning) may only be conducted by authorized
technicians.
PLEASE NOTE:
The motor rotational speed of the vacuum cannot be regulated or modified. Adjustment
work is not required.
