OPERATION SEQUENCE - RFG-IR

Note:

Ovens equipped with 2 Radiant Burners will have a third Valve, SV-3, which will be powered at the same time as the SV-2

Valve described above� The operation sequence is identical to that of SV-2� However, be aware that as long as SV-2 or
SV-3 lights, the Dome Flame indicator light will come on and the Controller will power SV-1 as necessary�

BURNER OPERATION SEQUENCES

RFG-IR OVENS - TOUCHPAD CONTROLLER

Pilot lights

Power On

SV-2 Valve powers Igniter and
opens Pilot Valve for radiant (side)
Burner�

Pilot does not light- SV-2 times
out�

SV-2 senses Pilot flame Igniter
off- SV-2 opens- Burner lights-
Dome flame indicator light

Radiant Burner remains on until
oven is turned off�

Floor temperature above Hearth
Set Point- Controller does not
power SV-1 (Underfloor IR Burner)�
