Description:
This command executes a common enable or disable for all control
keys (ONLINE, line feed journal, line feed receipt).
Only bit 0 of n is relevant; bits 1 ... 7 can have arbitrary values.
Bit 0 = 1: all control keys disabled
Bit 0 = 0: all control keys enabled.
Remarks:
In the BEETLE /60 mode this command has no influence upon the
ONLINE button
