6.3.8. End of welding

In case welding has been carried out with additional cylinder, now remove the cylinder and put it on its
holder at the front of the machine.

Release the clamping nuts and swivel out spindles.

Lift the clamping tool upper parts from machine.

Take out the welded pipe and put possibly the upper parts back on the lower parts.

Completely open machine tables, <joystick 13> on: .
Welding is completed.
6.4. How to weld segmented bends
Calculate the sawing angle to be set (corresponding to the required angle at the clamping tools or reduction
inserts) as follows:

Example 1: bend of 90° 4 segments (6 welding surfaces)
