89030C
) if the unit is installed on a
4" pad
, and the pad height if the Neutralizer Tank must be
installed on the floor; note, in all cases a
6” pad
eliminates the need to a pit.

2.4 Lifting Provisions

attempt to lift or move Water Heater using the gas train or blower.
Three lifting lugs are attached to the top of the heat exchanger, as shown below. Remove the
front and rear top panels from the unit to access the lifting lugs. Remove the four (4) lag screws
securing the unit to the shipping skid. Lift the unit off the shipping skid and position it on the
(required) concrete
