Changing the presser foot holder

Changing the presser foot and presser foot holder

Lower the presser foot lifter and the presser foot will engage in place.
The bar fits into the holder. If it is not fully inserted, try pressing the lever to
release the presser foot.

6.2

Changing the presser foot holder

Remove the presser foot holder to clean the machine or fit an extra foot
(optional).

Remove the presser foot. See previous section.

Loosen the slotted screw for the presser foot (a) and remove the presser foot
holder. The presser foot holder is released.

To refit it, pull the holder up as far as possible from underneath the presser
foot bar (b).

Tighten the slotted screw.
