MULTIPLE SYSTEMS -
Numbering Handsets
Numbering your Portable Handsets gives each one a unique identity. This is required when receiving a transferred call
and using the intercom feature. Programming is done on each Portable Handset.
You can number your handsets by:
1. Press
button on the Portable Handset.
2. Press
the
/
buttons until you reach the
screen.
3. Press
the
button.
4. Press
the
/
buttons until you reach the
screen.
5. Press
the
button.
6. Press
the
/
buttons until you reach the
screen.
7. Press
the
button.
8. Press
the
/
buttons until you reach the handset number you prefer.
Example:

9. Press
the
button.
10. Press the
button twice to exit the programming functions.
MULTIPLE SYSTEMS -
Ring One Or All Portable Handsets
When there is an incoming call, you can program the Base Unit to ring one specific Portable Handset (“Preferred Ringing
Handset) or to ring all Portable Handsets. If the Base Unit is programmed to ring one specific Portable Handset but that
Portable Handset does not answer after 45 seconds, the Base Unit will ring all the other Portable Handsets.
Note:
You choose which Portable Handset (that Portable Handset’s number) you want to ring when there is an incoming
call. Enter “00” if you want all Portable Handsets to ring.
