Deleting Messages From The Base Unit

Deleting One Message At A Time
You can delete the current message you are listening to by pressing the
button while it is playing.
2.
Deleting All Messages In The Memory
You can delete all the messages in the memory by:
A. Press
the
button when the phone is in standby mode.
B. Press
the
button and hold it down for 3 seconds.
Listening To And Deleting Incoming Messages From The Portable Handset
You can listen to the incoming messages on the Portable Handset by:
1. Press
the
button to enter the DAM mode.
or
Press the
button 2 times to go directly to the preferred Base Unit in a multi- Base Unit system. This only
applies if you have programmed a preferred Base Unit.
or
Press the
button and then the Base Unit number in a multi-Base Unit system. This only applies if you
have programmed a preferred Base Unit.
2. Press
to play all messages.
Press
to
play
new
messages.
Press
to delete the current message.
Press
to skip to the next message.
Press
to play the previous message.
Press
to stop playing the message.
3. Press
after you have finished listening to your message(s) to return to standby mode.
Note:
If you are in the DAM mode and you have no messages or if you have just finished listening to all your messages,
your Portable Handset will beep. Press the
button to go back to standby mode.
Listening To Incoming Messages From Another Phone
You can listen to your messages from any other phone by:
1. Dial the phone number of the Voyager phone you wish to retrieve your messages from.
2. Wait for the outgoing message on the Digital Answering Machine to play and then press the
button.
3. Enter your password number. If you enter the wrong password, the call will be terminated.
4. Hang up once you have finished listening to your messages.
