1.2 Hazard notices
Notice!
• Read the user manual attentively before using the robot vacuum for the first
time.
• Observe the information below in particular.
• Retain the user manual for future reference. It is an important part of the
robot vacuum and must be included with the product if you provide the robot
vacuum to other persons.
Risk of electric shock!
• Always switch off the device and disconnect the mains plug from the base
station before all changeover, cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Never pull the mains plug from the outlet by the cord, only by the plug.
• Never attempt to repair the device yourself. We recommend having repairs to
electric appliances carried out exclusively by your authorised Vorwerk
Customer Service Centre.
• Do not insert any sharp objects into the electrical contacts.
• Do not modify the contacts.
• Never carry the base station by the cord.
• Do not continue using the device if it or the cord is damaged or in case of
malfunctions.
• In case of damage, contact your nearest Vorwerk Customer Service Centre.
• Always check the power cord before use, the power cord and the plug should
be in a good condition and must not be damaged. If the power supply cord
is damaged or defective, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• Do not handle the power plug with a wet hand.
• Never attempt to repair or dismantle the base station. Live part within the
base station.
