Install Guide Checklist 

 

Unpack Items and verify items received. 

 

Mount Tube Neck to Stand 

 

Bolt Front Control Panel to Tube Neck 

 

Stand Sedecal Stand up and level 

 

Bolt stand to the floor and wall 

 

Place Stand Power Box on right of stand 

 

Install J5 cable from Stand Box to Generator 

 

Place Generator on top of Stand Power Box 

 

Bolt Generator to Stand Power Box Wire Stand Power Box 

 

Install Tube 

 

Install Collimator (rotate tube upside down for ease) 

 

Run panel Generator Interface cable and Network Cable through stand 

 

Disassemble enclosure 

 

Mount enclosure plate 

 

Level Enclosure mount by adjusting set screws 

 

Install panel (mounting holes are available) 

 

Pull all cables to control area (Network from panel, Mini-Console J5, Mini-Console Ground) 

 

Install and wire Computer in Control Area 

 

Mount Mini-Console 

 

Wire Panel Power Supply (Blue power cable and wall power cable) 

 

Wire Generator (J5 from Stand Power Box if Uarm, AEC Cable from Stand, J4 from Panel Power Supply, 
High Voltage Cables, Rotor Cable, Grounds from Stand Box and Mini-Console) 

 

Install Jumpers in Generator (3TS1-2 to 3TS1-7, AEC Adapt Board 7 to 10, And if necessary Door Interlock 
3TS1-22 to 3TS1-23) 

 

Turn on Stand 

 

Calibrate stand as per Install Guide for Uarm 

 

Turn on Generator (error 98 is common, Service mode) 

 

Verify connection to panel, Start Acquisition software and verify panel is in Ready state. 

 

Verify Generator communication by selecting Tech Service from the desktop). Vizion software and Tech 
Service cannot run at the same time (they both use COM port 1) 

 

Check and adjust configuration in Tech Service 

•

 

WS 1 

 

 

Tube 1 

 

 

Bucky 1 

 

 

IC 1 (if in J1 on the AEC Adaption Board in Generator) 

•

 

WS 3
