Anti Crushing Verification and Adjustments 

 

1.

 

Remove the cover of the Anticrushing PCB located at the back of the column. 

2.

 

Measure with a multimeter between TP12 and TP9 (GND) and adjust to 4.5V with a flat 
screwdriver in R3. 

3.

 

Then measure with a multimeter between TP13 and TP9 (GND) and adjust to 0.5V with a flat 
screwdriver in R4. 
 

Generator J4 wiring 

If J4 connector is not present generator interface will need to be hardwired. 

Pin 1 - 3TS1-4 (Bucky Start) 

Pin 2 - 3TS1-5 (Bucky Ready 1) 

Pin 3 - 3TS1-7 (Ground) 

Pin 4 - 3TS1-17 (Bucky Start 24vdc) 

 

 

Troubleshooting 

 

•

 

Verify U24 Chip on ATP Board is V7R1b39, If not call Viztek to obtain proper chips. 

•

 

Verify Panel NIC has an IP of 192.168.95.1
