Overpressure flaps TCDZ 12, TCDZ 14, TCDZ 15

Overpressure flaps. Ensure a good air tightness and water tightness when the unit is stopped.

TCDZ 12 : fitted option on the TEDV unit delivered. Use as much TCDZ 12 as exhaust sides.

TCDZ 14 : accessory to set on a TEDV unit already delivered. Use as much TCDZ 14 as exhaust sides.
TCDZ 15 : accessory to set on a TEDH unit already delivered. Use as much TCDZ 15 as exhaust sides.

Setting of a TCDZ 14 on a TEDV

• Slightly unscrew M8 nuts from the cover (hexagonal wrench size 13).
• Remove support covers.

•

TEDV : unscrew 4.8x16 screws which maintain air deflectors (hexagonal wrench size 8) and

remove them.

• Unscrew 4.8x16 screws which maintain grilles (hexagonal wrench size 8) and remove them.

•

Set grilles with overpressure flaps, and tighten 4.8x16 screws (hexagonal wrench size 8).

• Set air delectors, and tighten 4.8x16 screws hexagonal wrench size 8).
• Reset support covers, and tighten M8 nuts on the cover (hexagonal wrench size 13).
