Gas Manifold:
(Type and position may vary depending on model).
Checking for leaks:
a)
Turn off all appliances.
b)
Open cylinder and quick-acting valves in gas line.
c)
Read off pressure and close cylinder valves.
d)
If the pressure gauge indicates the same pressure after 10 minutes
there are no leaks in the gas system, if the pressure drops the gas
system is leaking (defective cylinder gasket, screw connection or
fittings) and must be repaired by an expert straight away.
Do not open cylinder valves again!
Hoses will inevitably deteriorate with age, so they should be inspected for
wear and damage and replaced on a regular basis. Certainly every two years.
Hoses will be stamped with the year of manufacture.
B.P Gas:
B.P Gas cylinders and there control system are supplied if required. Separate
instruction for their operation will be provided in the equipment pack.
Water System
Your Caravan can use three separate systems for its water supply.
1. External water carrier.
2. Onboard under slung water tank (for winter use essential).
3. Whale Waterline Mains Water Supply (Optional Extra)
