Disconnecting the leisure battery (PP3 must be fitted).
g)
Pressing both fob buttons together (panic alarm).
Testing the alarm:
a)
Locate control box, insert key in keyway and turn fully clockwise. 2.
Press the alarm button on the key fob to switch the alarm on: the
siren should ' cheep ' twice indicating that the system is armed.
b)
Press the alarm button a second time to disarm the alarm system:
the siren should 'cheep' once. When the alarm is triggered the siren
should sound for 2 minutes, unless switched off with key fob.
c)
Arm the system and check that entering the Caravan will trigger the
alarm instantly (no entry dela time): the siren will sound for 2
minute.
d)
Arm the system again and check that winding up the rear nearside
leg will trigger the alarm instantly for 2 minutes.
e)
Coupling up and inserting the 13 pin connector will trigger the
alarm.
f)
If the alarm is left sounding. with the 13pin connector still inserted,
after the siren stops (2min) operation of the footbrake will re-
trigger the alarm.
g)
With the Caravan coupled up and the 13 pin connector inserted;
arm the alarm.
h)
Remove the 13 pin connector. the alarm should activate.
i)
If a PP3 battery is fitted in the control box and the alarm is armed,
disconnection of the 12V battery will trigger the alarm.
Pressing the fob alarm button will switch off the siren at the end of each of
the above actions.
