Before drilling, ensure that the same type of output
roller is fitted to all output units.
•
Perform a new output check in the field after drilling
about a hectare.
Regularly check that deposits have not built up on the
feed rollers and in the output units.

Calibrating the radar

Fields on the screen:
A. Resets the number of radar pulses.
B. Records the end of the calibration stretch.
C. Saves the number of radar pulses and calculates the
calibration result in field (F).
D. Displays the total number of radar pulses whilst
operating.
E. Field to enter the distance driven when calibrating.
F. Displays the calibration result as the number of radar
pulses/m.
Calibration
1. Measure a specific distance (minimum 100 m).
2. Press (A) at the starting point to reset the pulse
counter.
3. Drive the selected distance with the machine lowered
to the drilling position and press (B) at the stop point
4. Press the field (E) and enter the distance driven in
metres.
5. Press button (C). The number of pulses per metre
driven is calculated and automatically updated in
field (F).

If hydraulic row unit pressure has been activated during
setup, the following screen appears under "Mode".
A. Reduces the row unit pressure.
B. Increases the row unit pressure.
C. Displays the current row unit pressure.

Statistics
Go to the statistics menu by pressing the statistics field.

Operating statistics
The statistics menu for operations shows statistics for the
current drilling operation, for the current season and for
the total service life of the seed drill.
Times are only recorded for when some type of
sowing activity is in progress.
