Alarm list, ISOBUS/E-Control

36. Rotation sensor fertil-
iser

If the output rollers are

not moving:

The output roller is stuck.

Check the power supply to the output unit.

Check the motor and the cabling to it.

If the alarm appears
despite rotation of the
output rollers:

Check what alarm time has been programmed in the menu for alarm levels.

Check the cabling, connectors and connections.

The sensor is not emitting a signal.

37. Level sensor: seed

Check the seed level in the seed hopper containing the level sensor.

If there is seed in the
hopper:

The sensitivity of the sensor has been incorrectly set.

38. Level sensor: fertiliser

Check the fertiliser level in the fertiliser hopper.

Check that the sensor is not dirty or damp. Wipe it off with a dry cloth.

Check the sensor’s cable, contacts and connections.

The sensor may be defective.

If there is fertiliser in the
hopper:

The sensitivity of the sensor has been incorrectly set.

40. Seed spacing

The amount of seed/hectare, or the number of mm between seed/hectare deviates by
more than the set value on a given row, or the entire machine. The reference value is
the set value in the programming menu.

41. Micro-granulate feed
rate

The machine’s micro-granulate motors are not managing to feed at the desired feed
rate.

Reduce the feed rate or the speed.

Try changing to a roller that feeds a larger amount of micro-granulate.

NB! Changing the roller means the calibration must be done again.

42. Fertiliser feed rate

The machine’s fertiliser motors are not managing to feed at the desired feed rate.

Reduce the feed rate or the speed.

Try changing to a roller that feeds a larger amount of fertiliser.

NB! Changing the roller means the calibration must be done again.

43. Seeds per second

The amount of seed/hectare, or the number of mm between seed/hectare deviates by
more than the set value on a given row, or the entire machine. The reference value is
