START SEQUENCE
After the set channel sequence time (see section 3.4.3), click on the Start Sequence icon
on the tool bar to start the
sequence.

MUTE
Click on the Mute button, on the control panel or on the remote control, to switch NVR mute on and off; click on the
icon on the main menu to display a vertical bar for adjusting the volume.

PLAYBACK
Click on the
icon on the tool bar to open the Record Search function. See section 3.6.1 above for the specific
operating method.

SHUT DOWN
The NVR can be switched on and off from the pop-up menu by clicking on the
icon.

3.6.1
STREAM SWITCH
Select the
[HD]
or
[SD]
icon to view the “
Main Stream
” or “
Sub Stream
” for Live video settings.

MANUAL RECORD:
This can be used to start/stop manual recording.
3.6.3
INSTANT PLAYBACK
When Instant Playback is run, the system shows the last five minutes of recording instead of the live video.
3.6.4
ZOOM
This allows you to zoom in on Live images by clicking the icon. The system will show the camera image in full screen
mode and the mouse can be used to select the area of interest.

COLOUR SETTINGS
This can be used to set the colours (Brightness, Contrast, Hue, Saturation and Sharpness).

PTZ CONTROL
The PTZ parameter settings are described in paragraph 2.4.6.2 – PTZ settings. This chapter describes how to operate the
PTZ controls. Select [
] to access the [PTZ Control] menu shown above. This can be used to manage the Pan, Tilt and
Zoom functions of the camera.
Select [Zoom-/+] to zoom in or out of the image; select [Focus -/+] to focus the image; select [Iris -/+] to adjust the opening
or closure of the aperture.
How to program preset points:
•
CALL or GO_TO:
this is used to go to a specific preset point.
•
SET:
this is used to program a sequence of specific preset points on a PTZ camera.
