Operation 

 

5-1. Operating the RF power supply 

5-1-1. Setup before operation 

 

Before energizing the system, check that the cables between each unit are correctly wired. 
Feed cooling water to the system. Make sure the water volume is the specified rate. 
When the cooling water flow stabilizes, turn on the automatic matching controller's (AMC-9L) main 
switch. 
The  automatic  matching  controller's  self  diagnostic  starts.  If  there  are  no  problems,  the  standby
