Connecting the water cooling tube
An optional flow meter can be attached to the
13 MHz 1 kW and 13 MHz 3 kW RF power supplies. When
using the flow meter, connect it to the "OUT" side of the RF power supply's cooling water connector.
Connect the flow meter's wire to the "FLOW" connector on the back of the power supply. If the optional
flow meter is not needed, such as when using the device's flow meter, contact input is required for the RF
power supply when the specified volume of water is flowing. In this case, use the connector accessory.

The clear alarm signal uses "Collector 1". Short pins 2-3 to clear the alarm. When not using the optional
flow meter, control the alarm so that it is cleared only when maintaining the specified flow volume.
Select the RF power supply's water cooling connector and the matching box's water cooling connector
according to the water cooling tube you will use. In order to maintain the RF power supply's specified water
volume, use a 3/8" or larger Synflex tube for the water cooling tube, and after connecting it, check that
there are no leaks and check the water volume. If the cooling water does not flow at the specified rate, the
temperature of the matching box may abnormally rise and the water cooling hose may be damaged. Install a
separate interlock for the matching box's cooling water.
