Pressing (+) sign from Device list screen, we have the option to add a
S/W HOMIDUS CAM module.

A dialog is opening, where we can set the name of the S/W CAM
module and the needed info for the camera to connect.

The Cam Module can read MJPEG stream of certain types of cameras
and can provide Pan function ( if it is available).
