Long press and drag icon to the point of the floorplan, that is physically placed. We see the
name of the newly configured device (New Device) as well the right toolbar changed.

If we want to control any device , we must

select

it first, by pressing on it. Then this device

will start blinking. It is the

selected

device. Now we can press ON and OFF buttons to

control it.
