4. Slide off the manifold.

5. Pull out the two filters, noting the direction of flow marked on the filters.

Note

: Arrows on the filters show the direction of flow. The word IN

etched onto the manifold also shows the direction of flow.

6. Replace the filters. Match the direction of flow. The upper filter flow

should be in and the lower filter out.

W A R N I N G

If dirty filters are inserted in the wrong orientation, particles may be

pushed back into the instrument.
