Tube lengths
In principle, the recommendation is to install the FP1 B as close as possible to the
consumer (lubrication point). Ideally, this should be done directly at or on the lubrication
point. In cases where this is not possible due to the installation space or for reasons of
reachability or accessibility, tubes can also be used between the FP1 B and the lubrica-
tion point (or distributor).
If the case arises that you cannot mount the FP1 directly on or at the lubrication point,
contact the manufacturer to verify your application. The influence of temperature, the
grease used, the hoses and accessories used does not allow a general statement to be
made about the possible hose length on the FP1.
8.1
Lubricants
Only use lubricants approved by the manufacturer TriboServ GmbH & Co. KG in the
original cartridges developed and manufactured exclusively for FP1 B.
NOTICE
The lubricant used in each case differs according to the appli-
cation. The respective designation can be found on the label of
the cartridge.
