Flames are too short

(under 6")

The gas supply pressure to the appliance is too low. Depleted gas supply tank.

Gas supply lines or gas regulators do

not have enough capacity. This
maybe due to other appliances in
the house using up the available
capacity, e.g. pool heaters,
furnaces, hot water tanks, etc.

Water gets dark quickly

Improper primary air adjustment.

Adjust primary air - contact your

dealer.

It is normal for the water to get dark

and black over time. The fountain
needs to be drained and refilled
with clean water once in a while.

Water sprays low

Pump filter is clogged.

Adjust the water flow.

Clean the filter. See “Filter Cleaning”

instructions.

Follow the “Water Spray Height

Adjustment” instructions.

Spray head and spray

ring jets plugged

Clean the spray head and spray ring.

Follow the “Water Spray Head and
