Windows NT 4.0 Quick Installation

Locale Settings

The Local Settings screen allows you to select your operating system’s language.

Use the pull down window to select a language for your operating system.

Click Next and the Create Disk Partition screen displays.

Create Disk Partition

This screen allows you to create the size and type of disk partition you need for your 
server.

Select a file system:

❖

FAT16. Creates the file system using the FAT16 (File Allocation Table with 16-bit 
entries) format.

❖

NTFS. Creates the file system using the NTFS (NT File System) format. NTFS 
limits the size of the disk drive to 4 GB.

NOTE: The language you select on the Locale Setting menu for your operating 
system must match the language of your Windows NT 4.0 operating system 
CD-ROM. If they do not match, installation will fail.
