Mains connection
The control is wired in a ready-to-connect fashion using a 16 A
CEE plug and a cable with an approximate length of 1 m in com-
pliance with Fig.
a
. In doing this, ensure that the supply discon-
nection is easily accessible after the installation.
Hydraulic motor connection
Connect the hydraulic motor to the connection terminal X4 while
observing the correct phase assignment. See also fig.
a
and
b
.
NOTICE
Incorrect connection of mains voltage
•
Ensure that on-site fusing of 10 A is avail-
able.
•
Observe the rotating field.
DANGER
Hazardous voltage
A main switch is installed for separating all poles
from the mains voltage.
When carrying out repair and maintenance work,
secure the main switch against unauthorised or
accidental switching-on.

Valve connection

Connect the valves for the hydraulic system to the con-
nection terminal X8.

Emergency stop

Connect one or several emergency stop switches to the
connection terminal J4.3/4. In case of interruption, the loading
bridge stops.
CAUTION
Tripping or falling hazard when loading!
With the control switched off, triggered emer-
gency stop switch or active restart lock, the float-
ing position of the loading bridge is not active
and the vertical movements of the truck are not
balanced out.
•
It is not permitted to drive on the loading
bridge until restart.
8.
Door open sensor
The loading bridge can only be actuated for securing the door if
the door is open. Select between the following connection possib-
ilities:

Wheel chock

If you connected a wheel chock to J6, select menu item 15 "Con-
nection J6 wheel chock / resting position" in menu 1 "Basic set-
tings loading bridge" and set the value 1.
The loading bridge can only be lifted and extended if the
wheel chock has been correctly positioned.

10. Key switch
When connecting a key switch to the connection terminal J7
(Fig.
a
), the control has to be programmed accordingly. Select
the desired function in menu item 50 "Key switch function".
11. Relay outputs
Connect an optical and acoustic warning device to the connection
terminal X5 and a chargeable lamp to the connection terminal X6
(Fig.
a
and
b
).
12. External control panel
You can connect an external control panel to the connection ter-
minal J1 (Fig.
a
) in order to operate the loading bridge.
WARNING
Crush hazard by moving loading bridge
Limb crush hazard by moving loading bridge.
•
Always mount external command transmit-
ters within sight of the loading bridge.
•
The loading bridge must be visible from the
place of operation.
•
The optional control panel must be
equipped with an emergency stop switch in-
tervening in the safety circuit at the connec-
tion terminal J4.
