TAR1 400V / 230V
1.
Select menu 1 "Basic settings loading bridge" in the control
and go to menu item 10 "Overcurrent motor pump".
2.
Lift the loading bridge for as long until the overpressure
valve is triggered. This occurs when the highest position of
the loading bridge is reached.
3.
Press and hold the
button for 5 seconds.
ð
The display now indicates the achieved actual value.
This occurs when the highest position of the loading
bridge is reached.
4.
Set the overcurrent value in a way that the value exceeds
the determined actual value by 1.
NOTICE
Defect on control or hydraulic system caused
by incorrect parameter
Incorrect settings can result in damages to the
control or hydraulic system. Adjust the parameter
to the hydraulic system used.
Retraction time return (menu item 12)
In menu item 12, set the time for the support to be retracted after
the automatic time (menu item 13) has expired. Then the loading
bridge is lowered to the resting position.
Automatic time (menu item 13)
The automatic time determines for how long the loading bridge is
lifted after actuating the return button in order to lower it safely
into the resting position afterwards.
To set the time duration for the automatic time, select the desired
value in the menu.
NOTICE
Defect caused by incorrect setting of
automatic time
Incorrect settings can result in damages to the
control or hydraulic system. Adjust the parameter
to the hydraulic system used.
Automatic retraction (menu item 14)
In the menu, select a value for the desired time during which the
support retracts to perform correction after letting go of the
but-
ton.
Wheel chock / Resting position sensor (menu item 15)
If a wheel chock is connected to J6, the chock has to be activated
in the control. With the function being switched on, the loading
bridge's lifting function will only be enabled if the wheel chock is
activated. If a resting position sensor is connected, the resting po-
sition of the control is initiated if the sensor is activated. All valves
will be switched off. Select one of the following values in the
menu:
•
Value 0 = without function (default setting)
•
Value 1 = with wheel chock sensor
•
Value 2 = resting position sensor
Select door open sensor (menu item 16)
Depending on the used door open securing function, the accord-
ing sensor has to be selected in the control. Select one of the fol-
lowing values in the menu:
•
Value 0 = mechanical limit switch
•
Value 1 = inductive proximity sensor (default setting)
Retraction protection for support (menu item 18)
In order to avoid damages to the loading bridge, set the additional
time it takes the support to extend in comparison to its retraction
time. The support position is corrected by the control during LIFT,
RETURN and AUTO.
Shelter
In order to control a shelter, use a DC module or the extended
control. For adjusting the settings, see the operating instructions
for the DC module / the extended control.
Test run
When programming has been completed, carry out a test run by
executing all operating functions. If all operating functions can be
carried out correctly, the connected loading bridge is ready for op-
eration.
