Connecting to Internet
Use the connection that you just created. Enter “Network Connections” (Start > Programs >
Accessories > Communications > Network Connections), select your connection, in the example
below called “Mlink” and double click on it:
The “Connect Mlink” window shows up:
In the windows “Connect Mlink” you should
check or enter, in the corresponding fields,
the values adequate for your mobile data
carrier:
-
the user name
-
the password
-
in the “Dial” field enter the mobile
number to be dialled, suc as “#777” or
“*99***1#”
Then click the “Dial” button at the bottom
left:
The modem will dial a connection:
