For avoiding an unpleasant situation you can choose the following solutions:
)
configure the PBX exchange to reject the outgoing calls on the extension where
Voxell LCR interface is connected
)
set the Voxell LCR equipment that when it receives a call from mobile network,
to automatically direct the call to a specified extension (generally the
operator’s desk is used) .
Connecting the wall-plate jack - RJ11 (optional)
)
Connect the telephonic cable (RJ11-RJ11) with one of its end to Voxell LCR, and
the other end of cable to the wall-plate jack (delivered into Voxell LCR
package).
