The :Current:BIN<value> <low limit>,<high limit> and :RESistance:BIN<value> <low limit>,<high
limit> commands are usd to set the high limit and low limit when the pickout item is set as CURR
or RESIS.
Command syntax: COMParator: Current:BIN<value> <low limit>,<high limit>
Where,
<value> is the BIN No. of NR1 data format, input range: 1

<low limit> is the low limit of NR1,NR2 or NR3 data format.
<high limit> is the high limit of NR1,NR2 or NR3 data format.
For example: WrtCmd(“COMP: Current :BIN1
12.00n, 50.00n”),the default unit of resistance is
