Electrical Characteristics
DC isolated output
Each DC output (pins 1 through 5) is opened by a collector, output and isolated by a photoelectric
coupler. The output voltage of each line is set by a pull
‐
up resistor on the handler interface board.
The pull
‐
up resistors can be connected to the internally supplied voltage (+5V), or to an externally
applied voltage (EXV: +5V) by setting through the setup item on the MEAS SETUP page.
Comparator result output circuit and external control signal input circuit are shown as follows:
VCC_IO: Handler VCC, setting the HANDLER VCC as INTER or EXTER
GND_IO: Handler GND, setting the HANDLER GND as INTER or EXTER
