3.6) Starting therapy

WARNING

•

Before starting a therapy, please make sure that all components are inserted and /or

connected correctly (see chapter 3).

•

Before switching on the device, make sure that the water container is filled up with water!

Starting therapy

•

Set the main power switch to position „I“.

•

The device switches on showing for approx. 5 seconds

o the firmware-Status and

o the selected humidifier type

•

and begins to operate.

•

After the first application the system starts with the previously set values.

•

If necessary, apply the required quantity oxygen to the

TNI

soft

Flow

If the device is in the standby mode:

• The system switches on.
• By pressing the function keys, the display illumination is activated in the operation mode.
•

If necessary, apply the required quantity oxygen to the

TNI

soft

Flow

• The display shows the operation mode and the current parameter:

o The Humidity, dew point in °DP
o The applied flow rate in l/min
