8. Set the Status Alarms Mode to Latching or Non Latching. This value
allows the user the option to latch an alarm condition, or not, to allow
for after-the-fact troubleshooting of intermittent problems or user
acknowledgment of an alarm.

Calibration
Overview The analyzer requires a two-point linear calibration. During the calibration
procedure the average of the raw detector signals corresponding to two known
sulfur concentrations are latched by the unit and retained in non-volatile
memory.
During normal operation, the average detector reading is interpolated on the
line to derive the sulfur concentration reported.
