Unload the chip for sequencing

Open the instrument door.

In the instrument touchscreen, tap

(Open Door)

, then wait for the latch to open.

Lift the instrument door to the top of the travel until the latch mechanism engages.

Hold here, then lift

Open the lid of the Chip-loading centrifuge, then unload the adapter/chip/bucket assembly from
the instrument.
