Dilution calculator

Calculate dilution

Dilution calculator function allows you to calculate the volume of cell sample and

buffer needed to reach a desired concentration using the count results.

On the Results screen, press Dilution Calculator to open the Dilution calculator

screen.

Press the cell type button located to the right of the current concentration, then

select the count result you wish to use for the dilution calculation from the

dropdown. The current concentration changes to reflect the results for the cell

type selected.

Available Cell type options are:

• For cell count and viability assays in brightfield:

Live cells or Total cells.
By default, Live cells is selected.
