3. Make sure that the shelf support is completely installed and that the two shelf tilt protection tabs
allow the shelf to move freely.
Levelling the Device
1. Position a bubble level onto the center shelf or onto the roller holder.
2. Rotate the adjustable device feet using the supplied 24 mm (0.94 inch) wrench until the shelf is
positioned horizontally level in all directions. Perform the height adjustment of the device feet
from left to right and from rear to front.

For a
Heracell Vios 250i CR
equipped with an optional six-fold gas screen and 6-segment split shelves,
three support frames with two shelves each are placed onto the shelf supports of the lateral support rails
instead of the one-piece shelves of the standard version.
1. Place both these shelves (1/ Figure 4-10 ) onto the support frame (2/ Figure 4-10 ) (step A).
2. Suspend the support frame (2/ Figure 4-10 ) in the support rails(3/ Figure 4-10 ) (step B).
Note
With the Heracell Vios 160i CR incubator be sure to install the shelf that has the cut-out for water
refilling at the bottom position only. For the sixfold gas tight screen, the shelf supports are installed
in the rectangular holes only. For installing the shelves with the sixfold gas tight screen, see
Appendix .
In the Heracell Vios 160i CR incubator with threefold gas-tight screen, the shelf supports are
inserted into the holes directly above the rectangular holes.
