Heracell Vios 160i / 250i CR

HEPA filter in the inner chamber

The air stream from the water reservoir towards the workspace is channeled through a HEPA filter in 
order to minimize the risk of contamination. The filter works with separation rate of 99.998 % for a 
particle size of 0.3 

m (HEPA filter quality).

The air duct feeds the flow of air from the fan along the rear wall   (3/

) to the workspace ceiling, thus 

ensuring an optimum temperature distribution. At the same time, it directs the incoming stream of process 
gases into the workspace and ensures that the gases are optimally mixed and distributed uniformly.
