Installing the shelf supports

• Insert the shelf support [3] into the perforations [1] of the support rail and tilt them downwards.

• Make sure that the two vertical elements [2] of the shelf support are flush with the support rail or

air baffle.

Assembly of Reinforced Shelf

Before attaching the reinforcement bars the use for which load should be decided:

Load lower than 6 kg use the flat side of the U-profile towards the shelf.

For loads up to 10 kg (SST and CU reinforced shelves for 160 Liter units) and up to 14 kg (SST shelf
of the 250 Liter units) place the open side of the U-profile towards the shelf.

• To attach a reinforcement bar to the shelf, put the shelf upside down on a plane and clean surface

like a table.

• Take one bar and put its end with the two parallel tongues into the pair of slots in one of the shelf’s

mountings.

• Lower the other end of the bar to the corresponding mounting.

• Slightly bend the mounting outwards to enable the bar to snap with its tongues into the

corresponding mounting slots.

• Repeat this also for 2 or 3 other reinforcement bars
