1-4-8. Using the Rear Panel Input Terminals
Description
The rear panel input terminals accept up to M8-
sized crimped terminals. The rear terminals
come with a load input terminal cover for safety.
Caution
The front panel input terminals on the LSG
Series are physically connected to the rear
panel terminals.
Steps
1.
Turn the power off from the rear panel or put the
unit into standby mode.
2.
Turn the power off from the DUT.
3.
Connect the load wires to the input terminals:
Connect the positive (+) input terminal on the

1-4-9. Using the Terminal Cover(PEL -011)
Description
The rear panel terminal cover should be used to
prevent electric shock. The rear panel terminal
covers should always be used when connecting a
load to the rear panel terminals. As the front panel
and rear panel terminals are physically connected,
the terminal cover should also be used as a safety
measure when a DUT is connected to the front
terminals
Caution
Ensure the power is off before making any
connections to the LSG Series.
Note
In the following diagrams, the cable wiring is not
shown for clarity.
