10. WARRANTY
Warranty conditions
1. The producer guarantees efficient functioning of the central heating boiler which is confirmed by a seal of the retailer
after the purchase for the period of 2 years for the boiler as well as all the elements and their proper functioning.
No longer however than 30 months form the date of purchase.
2. The warranty card is valid after its thorough completion and endorsed by the retailer.
3. The warranty card is valid after it had been signed by the installing technician and the boiler is switched on.
4.The cast iron elements of the boiler are not subjected to warranty.
The warranty does not apply:
1.When installing the boiler the norms and regulations of the country where the assembly of the boiler took place
should not be disregarded.
2. In the case of installing the boiler without sufficient amount of water.
3. In the case of too small chimney and chimney stack sections.
4. In the case of exceeding the maximum allowed water temperature in the boiler.
5. In the case of water freezing in the boiler.
6. In the case of the damages caused by the electric current failure.
7. In the case of performing repairs by not licensed personnel during the warranty period.
8. In the case of the damages that may appear in connection with faulty electrical system
9. In the case of damages caused by inappropriate transportation including transportation to the boiler room.
10. In the case of all the damages caused by inappropriate servicing, storing, faulty maintenance incompatible with
Engineering Specification norms, or other reasons which are not the manufacturer’s fault.
11. In the case of inappropriate setting of parameters of boiler functioning.
12. In the case of faults during burning process caused by low fuel quality.
Complaints should be made in written form only directly to the seller who placed the product on the buyer’s market and
the complaint coupon should be included.
