It is necessary to remember that above figures of the heating surfaces are approximate figures for selecting the boiler.
Every user should choose the central heating boiler that meets their building needs and should consider: the type of
system, the building wall transfer coefficient and insulation. The manufacturer is not responsible for a wrongly chosen
boiler for the building. For a modern and well insulated building, it is advisable to choose a boiler which is smaller than
it is suggested in the specifications.
Selection of boilers for the production halls should be done after consulting a plumber, with a consideration of the
dimensions of the hall, its height, insulation, and the kind of heating system.
The table does not apply to production halls.
4.1. Fuel
1. Coal
31 or 32.1 rinsed, according to PN-82/G-97001 with following parameters:
- granulation 5-25mm
- low expanding (coal does not agglutinate in the process of burning)
- fine coal contents 5% ( grain granulation less than 4mm)
- ash contents up to 6% (max)
- humidity up to 8% (max),
- the temperature of ash melting more than 1250°C
- caloric value more than 26 000 kJ/kg,
2. A pellet
has to meet these specifications:
- length: 5-30 mm
- diameter: 8 mm
- humidity: (weight%): up to 10 % (max)
- weight: 650 kg/cubic m
- ash contents: up to 1%
- caloric value over 18000 kJ/kg
3. Wood
(in models that have got emergency fire grate)
Wood is a substitute fuel and should be used temporarily.
Using fuel different from that specified may result In boiler damage and manufacturer will not be
held liable. It will result in revoking of warranty and not providing servicing.
The kind of fuel used greatly influences the functioning of the boiler and its life. Using fuel that does not meet the
energetic specifications required by the producer lowers its efficiency. The most frequent cause of damage to the worm
and safeguards on the reducer are the result of poor fuel quality.
The symptoms may include: large contents of ash,
a slag forming, fuel sintering, are the result of poor fuel quality. Calling upon the service place for the above
reasons will be treated as unfounded.
5. BOILERS ASSEMBLY GUIDELINES
5.1.
BOILER ROOM REQUIREMENTS
A central heating boiler room should fulfill the regulations norms of the country where it is
assembled.
